Friendly customer service I have recently come under some new financial crisis that required me to have to cancel all my pre-orders. I had called their office and was connected with Donald Tapia. He did an amazing job and not only cleared my orders and possible debt that I would have been in, but also brightened my spirits during this trying time. I have been a happy dedicated customer… I have been a happy dedicated customer of Entertainment Earth for 20 + years and they are a great company. Normally my orders come in mint condition but today I received an order that both the box and figures inside were damaged. They were packed well and obviously EE was not at fault, but it had been mishandled en route. I called EE and Donald couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful.
