I have been a happy dedicated customer… I have been a happy dedicated customer of Entertainment Earth for 20 + years and they are a great company. Normally my orders come in mint condition but today I received an order that both the box and figures inside were damaged. They were packed well and obviously EE was not at fault, but it had been mishandled en route. I called EE and Donald couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful. He made things right ….This is why I will continue to do business with them . They’re a solid company with kind people like Donald who work there . Thanks EE !!

Donald T's Awesomeness!! Donald Tapia was awesome! He was great at listening and answered all my questions in one fell swoop (unfortunately this is a rare skill nowadays). On top of that he was able to provide more in depth knowledge pertaining to my specific question and he was able to answer additional questions I had regarding potential future outcomes.
