I have been having a hard time trying… I have been having a hard time trying to exchange and item but hit a road block because I have tried to follow the online process and also have contacted customer service but can’t exchange because no card is on file but can’t add it via online process and can’t via phone…so I’m kinda stuck and all I want to do is exchange for a smaller size…love everything else

Run From this company Run From this company! They signed for the item that I shipped back that was defective then claimed they tried to refund my money but my bank has blocked their attempts. Chase bank states they are scammers and no attempts have ever been made to refund any money to my account! They REFUSE to refund my money. REFUSE to send me a refund check. REFUSE to refund to another payment method. REFUSE to give me a store credit. REFUSE to send a replacement item. I will be updating my review with BBB with documentation of my civil case along with the police report I have filed for theft. Will post public record documents soon!!
