I have been having a hard time trying… I have been having a hard time trying to exchange and item but hit a road block because I have tried to follow the online process and also have contacted customer service but can’t exchange because no card is on file but can’t add it via online process and can’t via phone…so I’m kinda stuck and all I want to do is exchange for a smaller size…love everything else

Absolutely awful experience with this… Absolutely awful experience with this company. I would be wary of buying from them. My order was damaged and unwearable but because I didn’t contact them within 14 days (which doesn’t comply with Consumer Law anyway) they have refused to replace or refund. However they informed me even if I had been within the return timeframe I would have had to pay to send the damaged item back and there is also an 18% restock charge?!! I may as well have burnt my money. They’re on to a good thing here in my opinion.

Run From this company Run From this company! They signed for the item that I shipped back that was defective then claimed they tried to refund my money but my bank has blocked their attempts. Chase bank states they are scammers and no attempts have ever been made to refund any money to my account! They REFUSE to refund my money. REFUSE to send me a refund check. REFUSE to refund to another payment method. REFUSE to give me a store credit. REFUSE to send a replacement item. I will be updating my review with BBB with documentation of my civil case along with the police report I have filed for theft. Will post public record documents soon!! Great service! For some reasons, not in their hands, my costume arrived a couple days late. they refund me and allowed me to save the costume. The service was very kind and fast.
