Great experience trough the years Hello This is my third time ordering from you. Every time it was a success and my son was super happy about the look and design of the costumes we buy him for Purim. This time it was an issue with poor stitches and I received partial refund as a compliment. Now I try to register/remember my password (unfortunately I don't receive "forget password form" not even to spam....) to upload the photoes.

Sometimes you have to wait for the sizes but they inform you when it is in stock. 4 stars because the international shipping option is expensive. Nowadays when you have so many free options to choose from.

Do not order from this website Do not order from this website. Ordered a Halloween costume on 01 October that arrived 11 December. Tried to speak to customer services who told me I hadn’t selected a specific delivery date, even though I had an email with a scheduled date of 17th October. Told me to contact DHL and would not refund me as I don’t have the goods. Their returns policy charges you 18% for restock!! Will never order from here again. Awful customer service and clearly don’t understand our consumer rights.

Will not order again Will not order again. Order came with snapped straps and holes in the costume/wings. Contacted the company and then re chased after no response. I was promised either a refund or replacement outfit. Then no response again from this company. Finally got a reply today after emails have been ignored to be told they will not be sending a replacement or refund as they wasn't contacted about the issue. Emails and phone call records show different and despite sending images of the damage the offer has now been refused. Very disappointing and will now go elsewhere to order.
