Great service! For some reasons, not in their hands, my costume arrived a couple days late. they refund me and allowed me to save the costume. The service was very kind and fast.

I have been having a hard time trying… I have been having a hard time trying to exchange and item but hit a road block because I have tried to follow the online process and also have contacted customer service but can’t exchange because no card is on file but can’t add it via online process and can’t via phone…so I’m kinda stuck and all I want to do is exchange for a smaller size…love everything else

Will not order again Will not order again. Order came with snapped straps and holes in the costume/wings. Contacted the company and then re chased after no response. I was promised either a refund or replacement outfit. Then no response again from this company. Finally got a reply today after emails have been ignored to be told they will not be sending a replacement or refund as they wasn't contacted about the issue. Emails and phone call records show different and despite sending images of the damage the offer has now been refused. Very disappointing and will now go elsewhere to order.
