I actually really love Unidragon… I actually really love Unidragon puzzles, but theyre not creating beautiful puzzles anymore. Ive been getting emails for new puzzles and theyre all terrible. Their latest one is a plain black and white although challenging puzzle, it's ugly. There was one that was japanese the great wave which is also plain and ugly. The other ones are meant for kids. Dont see myself buying from them anymore since theyre going down hill in their creations. The new puzzles also have a flat, straight edge instead of the beautifully shaped edges of previous puzzles. Unidragon's unique beautiful puzzles is what drew me in and now theyre unfortunately going in a plain, ugly direction.

Very qualitative !!! “Mandala Tree of Life” This puzzle is very qualitatively made of wood and carefully varnished, so that in the end you get a beautiful image of the tree of life. Every detail is well cut, polished and fits together perfectly for an ideal puzzle assembly. It came in a compact and beautiful box that I can use in my home as a decor item and that makes me very happy. Together with my daughter I assembled this puzzle and there were unique moments spent together away from gadgets and the virtual world. Fun and useful for the brain and attention. I recommend the puzzles from Unidragon!!!

It looks like a typical scam with… It looks like a typical scam with Chinese products - one day a company opens Facebook page with broad advertising campaign reaching most of us. Then many sister-sites are also opened with exactly same products. And after 1-2 months they are all gone. Still, I decided to place an order on Monday, received the package on Friday. Neat minimalistic packaging, inside everything as advertised. Really good quality of plywood puzzles, with beautiful colors. So I don't know if it's scam or not (maybe they ship only to selected few?) but in my case I'm 100% happy and recommend the product.

Terrible service Nice web and potentially nice products. However, one of the worst customer service I have experienced. Automated template with photo and nice speech after purchase is far from good. They don't communicate properly - no business email skill, no signature, no apology for problems, not answering on question, no proper info given. Just all wrong, giving it one last chance before cancelling the purchase they are not willing to complete, nor to give relevant info about. Don't buy there, find your wooden puzzle elsewhere.

Closet Russian State Subsidized company :-( Although they make great puzzles, nowadays they really make an effort to try to hide the fact that this is a Russian company by using a cover up company called Rusard (what a name..) Every single box you order has the address from Walt LLC, 443099 unit 6, Sadovaya Street 137, Samara, Samara Oblast, Rusland, 443099. Did not expect this from a .eu website with a contact address in Dublin, Ireland. I kinda feel cheated because they are not upfront about their origin. Turns out they are even state subsidized.
