Once she got into contact with them the… Update to my last review... so my aunt was able to dispute the charge with her credit card company... won, and this joke of a business is now sending her to collections! Need I mention not only have I NOT received the stroller but it hasn’t even shipped out yet! The item was ordered October 18th; please everyone reading this, DO NOT order from this company! I suggest you contact my aunt and retract your threatening email! You cannot send someone to collections for an item never received or shipped for that matter!

Baby born today no stroller or car seat! And after reading others reviews about merchandise not looking like pictures and damaged, I’m really going to be upset if its not what’s expected!! After this long and stress. They were good on calling me back but they requested that review is removed NO there was nothing indicating shipment would take this long!!!

I just purchased the $519 baby stroller… I just purchased the $519 baby stroller 3 in 1 car seat ...I love it ! Very stylish and has a high end leather look and an excellent price for the product. Very well designed and beautiful color... I received many compliments and two of my friends are also interested in the $680 luxury stroller and the $369 one. Customer service was great when answering my questions about the different strollers. Will definitely purchase from TAY online store again.

I will recommend nobody buy anything… I will recommend nobody buy anything from their website. They are scammers. They show something else on website and send trashy strollers and when you want to return they will ask you to ship it and after receiving they blame you saying “you sent us a different product” and will say please send us product we sent you to process your refund and they hold all your money including shipping amount too. And in the end you get nothing even after sending them million emails. So people beware of the scammer called “Tay online store “
