GBExcellent communication and prompt… Excellent communication and prompt service. Although I haven't received my package yet, that's due to the United States Postal Service's black hole, NOT to 1001 Modelkits. If I see something I want and they have it, I'll get it from them.

GBVery good price I recently purchased a MG Gundam F91 2.0. The price was excellent, far cheaper than I could find it anywhere in the UK. My only gripe, is that it took 3 weeks to process the order before shipping it. I've had orders from Japan that have processed and shipped quicker. I will still consider this site for future purchases though and would recommend them, if you are not in a hurry to get your items.

BEShipping start takes >6 days HANDING OVER the parcel to the courier is already taking 5 business days SO FAR. Only thing you get from their support are useless automated AI responses. Imagine ordering 7 days before Christmas and still not having your gift on time, amateuristic.

NLWARNING: DONT PRE ORDER After placing a pre order of hundreds of euros 1001hobbies failed to deliver after a year(!) of waiting. After keep having to ask for a delivery date and them postponing I gave up and canceled after being patient for a year. They charged 25% 'administration fee' resulting in losing more then a 100 euro in my refund. Never buying here again.
