GBOrder a large model of USS HORNET Order a large model of USS HORNET, agreed and paid costs in feb 2021, model arrived in March 2021 with additional shipping costs of £70.00. Returned goods as unauthorised additional cost. They agreed refund within 14working days, I'm still waiting 6 weeks later for refund and now they don't even respond to my emails. So much for customer care!!!!!!! Your better with a English company a leased they keep to there work.

GBYou get only 2 stars because why you… You get only 2 stars because why you have a great selection of items for the plastic scale modeler, your order fullfillment process is way to slow. Your website says item available in 4-5 days yet it has been over a week and my order STILL is being processed. If you don't have the item in STOCK, don't display it at all! This is the second time this has happened, the first time you gave me a voucher, that is no good, refund the money so I can get what I want elsewhere. Once I receive my current orders I will probably drop you from my list of online suppliers because of your poor order fullfiillment process. And don't blame COVID either, I can handle 3-5 extra days but I will not tolerate WEEKS of delay.

NLWARNING: DONT PRE ORDER After placing a pre order of hundreds of euros 1001hobbies failed to deliver after a year(!) of waiting. After keep having to ask for a delivery date and them postponing I gave up and canceled after being patient for a year. They charged 25% 'administration fee' resulting in losing more then a 100 euro in my refund. Never buying here again.

BETerrible company Terrible company, box pushers pur sang! You should avoid this company at any times. Absurdly high prices, bad communication (only when there's a customer alert they answer your e-mails), cluttered website, they're messing up the order history, delivery times are not respected and some items never arrive. Their strategy: you order then they order. No stock available. But if you still want to order something from their website, take screen shots as evidence!!

GBI know Fairy Swordfish were slow Ordered Fairy Swordfish kit on 21 Feb 21 which was despatched on 1st March. It arrived in the UK on the 8th March and languished in customs until the 13th when it was released and was delivered on the 15th March. The kit arrived in a large box, well packed with brown paper and appears to be undamaged, I haven't opened the product box yet otherwise I'll start building it and that wouldn't do as I have another kit in construction already.
