GBReturns When placing my order I missed the fact that all sale items were final and could not be returned. I was disappointed that the quality of the item (romper) wasn't worth the price I paid ($30 -- regularly $49). There was no description of the item, and the romper was too thin for the price. I wish I could exchange it or get a credit towards another item that I can use since I was disappointed in my purchase. I will never order sale items from Baby Swag again... Most stores will even take sales items back to have a satisfied customer.

GBThe GREAT company I go to for my most valuable creations - my boys! When it's time to update my children's wardrobe, I ALWAYS come to BabySwag...which is a lot because they are growing boys! I love the high quality selection of clothing, the styles, and most importantly, the customer service. I've always had excellent service!! When there have been items out-of-stock or anything I've needed sorted out regarding an order, etc., they've always been very kind, accommodating, and quick. Always. I'm so pleased to have found this company. Thank you!

GBITEM CAME APPEARING TO BE NEW BUT THE … ITEM CAME APPEARING TO BE NEW BUT THE BUTTON WAS BROKEN. I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR THE OUTFIT AND LOVE IT BUT WAS SAD THAT THE BUTTON CAME ALREADY DESTROYED AND THERE ARE NO RETURNS. I LOVE THE CLOTHES ON THE SITE SO I WILL BUY FROM THEM AGAIN ONCE MORE AND SEE IF ANYTHING ON NEXT ITEM IS DEFECTIVE.

GBNot impressed.... Bad experience! Its like they run it from home. You call a 800 number for customer service and get a voicemail to leave a message. Noone ever picks up the phone nor get back to you :/
