GBReturning Customer I had an incredible experience with BabySwag. Everything I ordered was incredible quality and shipped promptly. I mean the clothes are so adorable!! I had to exchange for size and they got back to me immediately. I will definitely be a returning customer. Super unique and fun!!

GBDISAPPOINTED First experience with BabySwag, and I never received my package. Customer service offered to file a claim with USPS for me instead of just sending me another onesie. $40 is not much to lose to offer great customer service and ensure a repeat customer, but I guess they don't care to go out of their way for the customer. So now I am out $40, no gift for a baby shower, and waiting to hear if I will be refunded or not.

GBReturns When placing my order I missed the fact that all sale items were final and could not be returned. I was disappointed that the quality of the item (romper) wasn't worth the price I paid ($30 -- regularly $49). There was no description of the item, and the romper was too thin for the price. I wish I could exchange it or get a credit towards another item that I can use since I was disappointed in my purchase. I will never order sale items from Baby Swag again... Most stores will even take sales items back to have a satisfied customer.

GBITEM CAME APPEARING TO BE NEW BUT THE … ITEM CAME APPEARING TO BE NEW BUT THE BUTTON WAS BROKEN. I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR THE OUTFIT AND LOVE IT BUT WAS SAD THAT THE BUTTON CAME ALREADY DESTROYED AND THERE ARE NO RETURNS. I LOVE THE CLOTHES ON THE SITE SO I WILL BUY FROM THEM AGAIN ONCE MORE AND SEE IF ANYTHING ON NEXT ITEM IS DEFECTIVE.
