GBDISAPPOINTED First experience with BabySwag, and I never received my package. Customer service offered to file a claim with USPS for me instead of just sending me another onesie. $40 is not much to lose to offer great customer service and ensure a repeat customer, but I guess they don't care to go out of their way for the customer. So now I am out $40, no gift for a baby shower, and waiting to hear if I will be refunded or not.

GBReturn Policy is Crap. Love the clothes, hate their policies. We have had the package they set not arrive TWICE now and both times the only response was to take it up with USPS. Totally uncompromising.

GB1st time shopper. Love the assortment and brands on BabySwag! My shopping experience on their site was fun and I found it easy to create outfits for my 1 year old twins. I felt they had just the right amount of choices per brand. My order arrived quicker than expected! I had a question so I emailed customer service and received a prompt and courteous reply! Can't wait to make my next purchase!

GBGreat service all around! I purchased from the Rylee and Cru spring drop. BabySwag had the fastest loading website, a great selection, and easy navigation. I received an email that night stating that my items had shipped! I'm so happy with my purchase but the exceptional service is what really stood out. Can't wait to purchase again.
