The worst company ever!!!! What a fraud. I order a hat for my son size 12-18 months. They send me a hat that would fit a newborn and when I asked them to exchange it they told me it was a final sale and to suck on it!!!! Never had that problem with Gucci or Hermès kids.

Returns When placing my order I missed the fact that all sale items were final and could not be returned. I was disappointed that the quality of the item (romper) wasn't worth the price I paid ($30 -- regularly $49). There was no description of the item, and the romper was too thin for the price. I wish I could exchange it or get a credit towards another item that I can use since I was disappointed in my purchase. I will never order sale items from Baby Swag again... Most stores will even take sales items back to have a satisfied customer.
