Still waiting on a pre order I placed… Still waiting on a pre order I placed in September 2nd and there have still been no updates I contacted them on insta and twice they told me it will be shipped in a couple of weeks it has yet to happen other wise they are nice and yes they have said they are having problems with there system. Other than that over all good

This experience was the best!!! This experience was the best!!! It started out like some others on here where they bought an item and had a shipping label printed out and that was it for over a few days. I run a business and had to send this person a new figure so I used this company. After so many days I decided to call my bank and dispute the payment and I received a refund then they shipped the item to the correct address plus gave a gift pack for the inconvenience!! It was packed awesome and so were the figures so they came back and rectified the situation all the way through. Should have a phone number to call for issues instead of just an email. These guys are the best!!! I will not shop on Amazon anymore for my Star Wars collection. Kyle and Tom are a father and son business and they obviously care about their customers unlike the others. Thanks guys!!!

No communication whatsoever No communication whatsoever, no updates on my order either. They haven't posted anything on their socials for months and contacting them gets 0 replies back. I'll probably refund my order soon. UPDATE: My item has been shipped. Still no communication however but I'm a bit relieved now.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I pre-ordered a figure in July of last year. Not only did I not receive said figure, but I have made several attempts to reach out to them with no response (besides their obvious auto response you get for e-mailing them). I also have not received a refund for my pre-order. By the way this was my first (and last) time dealing with this company. Needless to say I definitely won't be using this company again, or recommending anyone else does.

Been waiting a year for my orders… Been waiting a year for my orders (ordered a helmet in May and then one August of 2022) I have reached out to these guys many times, they only replied once. I was told back in February that they would be receiving my Helmets in a few weeks and then they would be shipping them to me soon. Finally got a shipping notice on April 27th 2023, all they did was print a shipping label. Its been a month with no tracking. Still says waiting on package? I will never order from these guys again!
