Toys R Us is a horrible company Toys R Us is a horrible company. They don’t allow you to pick up large items in store, and make extra $ by making you pay a shipping fee (which is upwards of $80). Customer service will not help you. I did my baby registry here and they also don’t allow you to put large items on it so you can’t get the completion discount they “offer”. I’d use Amazon - they have the same things and shipping/service is great.

knowledgeable and friendly staff I purchased 2 bikes and a Nintendo switch at Toys r us on West Broadway Vancouver. I had an excellent service from Bernardo who helped my kids trying the bikes and recommending the best ones for their size. Also, he knew everything about Nintendo and the games and suggested the most fun and suitable for my kids. Bernardo was helpful, friendly, and patient with us, and I highly recommend his services at Toys r us. We had a great experience at the store!

my daughter has her registry set up for… my daughter has her registry set up for the baby she's expecting, but so far two purchases have been shipped directly to my daughter without ANY INFORMATION in regards to who it came from. my friend that ordered one of the items also said she did not receive any notification of the item shipping or being received. ii would NOT recommend their baby registry to anyone. amazon can do the same, and you get notifications. My daughter is sitting with a nice giftbox of items and zero idea who it is from.

Worst company ever Worst company ever. Even censors your reviews! I submitted a 2-star review for a product I received last week. The low rating was due to poor accountability for a PAID shipping experience, and the fact that the item, which was meant to be a gift, came in ripped packaging. A few days later, I received an email indicating that my review had been moderated - as in, they were not going to post my review online. The email I received said "it doesn’t meet [Toys R Us] current website posting guidelines". This is censorship and I am appalled that after asking for my review, this is the response I received. I took the time to offer other customers my honest opinion and instead, was silenced. How absolutely ridiculous!

Toys R Us uses Canpar Express Courier Service Just to make people aware that I had ordered from Toys R Us and they use Canpar Express delivery service. This is an extremely unreliable courier service and has poor customer service. I will no longer be ordering items that require delivery from Toys R Us for this reason.
