CAI had the best experience in my local… I had the best experience in my local location (St Catharines) and couldn't be more pleased. I was greeted by a girl who looked like she loved what she was doing, and directed to what I was looking for so I could get on my way. From the time I walked in until I walked out I was addressed with smiles and it was seamless. This is my experience every time I go (smiling, helpful staff) and it is what keeps me coming back.

GBI ordered two items for next day… I ordered two items for next day delivery & they did not appear. I contacted customer services around 5 times that day as Royal Mail tracking down. They replied by saying I had placed my order a day later which I had not, and had confirmation e mails sent for my order saying it had been processed & due delivery etc. The customer service team despite e mailing so many times during the day did not respond. Will not be using this company again, and will make sure I spread the word. I stayed in the whole day & had paid for express ( next day) delivery.

CAmy daughter has her registry set up for… my daughter has her registry set up for the baby she's expecting, but so far two purchases have been shipped directly to my daughter without ANY INFORMATION in regards to who it came from. my friend that ordered one of the items also said she did not receive any notification of the item shipping or being received. ii would NOT recommend their baby registry to anyone. amazon can do the same, and you get notifications. My daughter is sitting with a nice giftbox of items and zero idea who it is from.

CAToys R Us is a horrible company Toys R Us is a horrible company. They don’t allow you to pick up large items in store, and make extra $ by making you pay a shipping fee (which is upwards of $80). Customer service will not help you. I did my baby registry here and they also don’t allow you to put large items on it so you can’t get the completion discount they “offer”. I’d use Amazon - they have the same things and shipping/service is great.

CAWill NEVER shop there again! Horrible baby registry experience. Horrendous experience from start to finish! it's so ridiculous that they keep the gift giver's name a secret and when they send stuff in the mail I have no way of knowing who to thank! Their system and site are extremely wonky and were missing lots of stuff I scanned in-store. And the biggest issue is that they lie about their return policy!!!! They claim I can return gifts but they will not let you do it in-store because "there's no receipt" which they NEVER EVER PROVIDE IN THE PACKAGES THEY SENT!!!!!! Completely unacceptable and disgusting!!!
