Cheap, impractical and choking hazard These puzzles are incredibly cheap, super thin and not durable. The letter pieces are also really thin, and even I had trouble getting them out of their respective slot. If I struggled, as an adult, how is my baby supposed to wrangle the pieces out? Also, the letters are also super thin making some of them a choking hazard. I wouldn't even give this to my son so the puzzle is worthless and waste of money.

Poor quality and way over priced Poor quality and way over priced. My fault for not scrutinizing my invoice - each animal selection is extra; Paid over $45 for a 4-letter name wood puzzle with 4 animal faces! Never again!!!!

Customer service isn’t it. I would be happy with the product if they spelt it correctly - given the colour isn’t a true dusty pink either. After continuous correspondence between the company and I and the fact they’re not even willing to admit their mistake in regards to the spelling of my child’s name speaks volumes. I won’t be ordering from this company again and I don’t believe you should either. I have screenshots and pictures but idk how to upload them.

Totally satisfied with the product Totally satisfied with the product and delivery time. I was hesitant after reading some negative reviews online about the Personalized Wooden Baby Name Puzzle however mine for my niece arrived exactly as designed without any issues. The wooden board is sturdy, the personalized engraving on the back exactly as specified and the Name Letters as well as the animal elements I selected exactly as described. They are large enough to not be a chocking hazard for a 1 year old. I have no doubt she will love it.

This is a company right out of China This is a company right out of China. Why is the US allowing Chinese Companies into our market. They masked themselves as U.S. base company until your order from them then you realize it's a company outside the USA. I caution anyone considering to order from this company to first read all of the reviews. I DID NOT! DO NOT ORDER from this company as they did not fulfill my order. I received two of the four items ordered and when I contacted them about the other items, they wrote back (in broken English) that the other items were in production in other words back ordered. I indicated that I did not want the other two items to please cancel the order and issue a refund. They wrote back to barter with me by offering 15% discount on my next order if I were to wait two days for the items to be shipped. I was clear in my email to them about my intentions but I waited four days before I replied to that email. After waiting four days, I still had not received the items. I wrote them back requesting them to cancel the order as I had not received the items after waiting for more than two days. They wrote me back stating they had not heard from me with respect to my intentions. I'm done playing the game. I contacted my creditor to assist with obtaining my money back and a refund for the items I did not receive. Oh, by the way, the items were okay. It was not worth the headache and the anguish. Do Not order from them!!!
