CROOKS CROOKS. We bought a fire engine on their site. Next day, found it on Amazon for $80 cheaper and $40 cheaper on shipping (it only costs $200 to begin with). I tried to work with them but their customer service is awful and rude. BUYER BEWARE. This is a horrible company.

Trend times went over and above the… Trend times went over and above the call of duty to get the car I ordered for my niece and nephew to Canada for Christmas... which was not easy with shipping rates and box dimensions being tricky. The kids LOVED the car and when we had a little issue with some warranty parts they shipped them right away no questions asked. The car is a beautiful product and took just a bit of easy assembly to get together. We were extremely happy with it! And I would highly recommend Trend Times and their products to everyone!

Grandsons loved it until it quit Grandsons loved it until it quit. Then the company fell off the planet. Only returned one email to tell us “fix it yourself”. Even under warranty. Will try to find something from a more competent company hopefully American made. Don’t waste your money on these. And really don’t break the kids heart when it lasts maybe six months like ours.

Give 0 stars if I could Give 0 stars if I could. Bought son a jeep on November 19 2019 . Charged up for Christmas gave it to him and in March the wires melted under hood. Sent replacement jeep after email and 3 days on customer service. April 10 2020 jeep will not move in forward. Called several times funny how if you press 1 the sales people answer but if u his customer service nothing but leave a message after 5 minutes of waiting. Ask for a supervisor yeah good luck
