GBHas the worst customer service. DOES NOT GIVE TRACKING NUMBERS. Ordered a product two weeks ago and still waiting..afraid I have been scammed out of $500. So so afraid I may never get my gas boat for my son who has cancer and requested only this one thing for Christmas! He will be devastated and so will I. Trendtimes has no contact number and emails are quite generic. I spent every last dime I had to buy this item $500....so praying it comes 😐😣

GBCROOKS CROOKS. We bought a fire engine on their site. Next day, found it on Amazon for $80 cheaper and $40 cheaper on shipping (it only costs $200 to begin with). I tried to work with them but their customer service is awful and rude. BUYER BEWARE. This is a horrible company.

GBGrandsons loved it until it quit Grandsons loved it until it quit. Then the company fell off the planet. Only returned one email to tell us “fix it yourself”. Even under warranty. Will try to find something from a more competent company hopefully American made. Don’t waste your money on these. And really don’t break the kids heart when it lasts maybe six months like ours.

GBExpensive Jeep that was junk & awful service I ordered a Jeep for my boys from Santa. I ordered just after Thanksgiving and had guarantee by Christmas delivery. We got the Jeep the Fri before Christmas which gave us min time to get it together. Pulled it out to assemble on Christmas Eve & it had been crushed in shipping. It also looked nothing like what I had ordered and paid $700 for!!! We called customer service and waited 96 min to get a hold of someone. The guy was amazing on the phone so I did as he asked. We put it together and told the boys Santa had a wreck and was coming back to replace it. It never drove well & was so slow!! Since then they’ve picked it up and I called back 2 weeks after pick up. On MLK jr holiday. The customer service guy was soooo extremely rude, yelled at me, then said it was likely never assembled correctly which is why it was slow & the weeks popped out from the motor. When I got upset he yelled at me then proceeded to hang up on me. If the new Jeep gets here & isn’t perfect I’m getting my $$ back & I’ll never buy from here again. Absolutely ridiculous especially for the prices u pay for these products.
