Give 0 stars if I could Give 0 stars if I could. Bought son a jeep on November 19 2019 . Charged up for Christmas gave it to him and in March the wires melted under hood. Sent replacement jeep after email and 3 days on customer service. April 10 2020 jeep will not move in forward. Called several times funny how if you press 1 the sales people answer but if u his customer service nothing but leave a message after 5 minutes of waiting. Ask for a supervisor yeah good luck

Love our Jeep Love our Jeep! It was delayed because they had ran out of the model that I ordered but they made it right. They gave us a couple of options on other jeeps and ride on toys and I’m glad we decided to upgrade to the new model very impressed this thing is awesome.

We recently ordered one of their top of… We recently ordered one of their top of the line jeeps for Christmas for our grandson. Upon arrival everything appeared to be fine. After two weeks of using this jeep, the tires started to come apart and we realized it was not the item that we paid $1,000 for but a lesser quality one. We have contacted the company multiple times to no avail. We have been hung up on and they are unwilling to resolve this issue. Their customer service is horrible. We were told by one representative that in fact, we were shipped the wrong item. After over a week dealing with them, I have given up and filed a dispute with my credit card company. I would NEVER buy anything from them again.

TRENDTIMES=BASEMENT OUTFIT They are a basement outfit. It is unbelievable how they respond to you. They have no concept of customer service. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company and now "John" is calling and leaving messages on my cellphone that they are going to send it to private collections and contact Experian! What a joke. I still don't have what I ordered even though I paid for 5-10 day shipping. Its been 2 weeks. So much for my grandchild's bday gift! If it comes, I don't expect quality as others have said how cheap and even broken their products have arrived. This circus needs to be shut down!!!!!
