HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE REP! If you love being treated like dirt, shop at Boscov's. Their customer service department will do a great job of making you feel like you are the most unappreciated customer out there! If you don't believe me go ahead and make a purchase from them. This place didn't receive horrible reviews for no reason. The phone reps are the most uneducated, unreasonable, and under paid idiots I have ever encountered in retail. Their supervisor was even more rude which explains why the other employees had no sense of what proper phone etiquette actually meant. I would rather be shot in the foot than EVER buy anything from this lame company again!!!

Great sketchers and even greater customer service from Kaveh I purchased 2 pair of sketchers slip ons for my aunt for her 90th birthday because I wasn’t sure of her size. She absolutely loved them! But most importantly I want to comment on the young woman who waited on me. This was at the Boscov’s shoe department in Plymouth Meeting. Her name was Kaveh (I’m sorry if I got the spelling of her name wrong). I watched her when I bought the sneakers and when I returned them. She was so very kind and patient with each and every customer. Real kindness that comes from the heart. Thank you for having such a wonderful woman in your employ! And thank you Kaveh!!

Excellent shopping online experience I could not be happier. My order was delivered the next day! The product, men's fleece lined hoodies, exceeded my expectations and were unbelievably low priced. I was especially pleased with the packaging, not one oz of plastic! Amazon could you please take note. I plan to search the Boscov website regularly for my future online shopping needs.

There are only three stores In the… There are only three stores In the united States that I have actually boycotted. Boscovs is one of them. Management and sales personell should quit thier jobs if the place is so horrible! I had witnessed a clerk shut down a register to avoid checking out costumers. In the "eatery" on the first floor, there is standing water around the floor drain permanently! Never change out fryer oil, ever!! Between the lack of service in the department area and health violations I experienced I'd avoid boscovs like the plague you might catch by entering the building.

Ridiculous to change password every 3 months I love Boscov's! I shop there and I order "a lot" online. Unfortunately a year ago they "upgraded" there system but now you have to change your password every three months! PLUS the new password cant be close to the previous ones. SERIOUSLY!!!? Seems like they have security issues now. Nobody has time for this let alone having to remember a dozen passwords. It's a shame especially for people who aren't computer literate or being elderly. I'm having a hard time being a loyal customer when it's become a royal pain! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
