GBRidiculous to change password every 3 months I love Boscov's! I shop there and I order "a lot" online. Unfortunately a year ago they "upgraded" there system but now you have to change your password every three months! PLUS the new password cant be close to the previous ones. SERIOUSLY!!!? Seems like they have security issues now. Nobody has time for this let alone having to remember a dozen passwords. It's a shame especially for people who aren't computer literate or being elderly. I'm having a hard time being a loyal customer when it's become a royal pain! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

GBRejection Reciprocated Yesterday, I attempted to place an order with Boscov online. The order was rejected all three times. I checked my account today and found out that the order had went through and a shipping label had been created. I called the company and was told that I would need to refuse the order or pay for return shipping myself. This is unreasonable since to my knowledge my order was never officially placed. I told them to cancel my account and I will never shop on their site again.

She listened to me, suggested and tested several fragrances until I found one that I loved. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very sweet and kind. She is a true asset to your company. GBHidden Fees? Just got a call from Boscov's that they would like to charge me an additional $$$ amount for shipping because I ordered multiple items. Beware, avoid at all cost. If they can't figure out their free shipping system think about all the other issues you'll experience.

GBThere are only three stores In the… There are only three stores In the united States that I have actually boycotted. Boscovs is one of them. Management and sales personell should quit thier jobs if the place is so horrible! I had witnessed a clerk shut down a register to avoid checking out costumers. In the "eatery" on the first floor, there is standing water around the floor drain permanently! Never change out fryer oil, ever!! Between the lack of service in the department area and health violations I experienced I'd avoid boscovs like the plague you might catch by entering the building.
