Fake products I didn’t know they have Such a bad rating. I bought a luggage bag from their store and it broke into pieces in my first trip, I tried to contact them to get some help but the staff was so rude and didn’t do anything about it, I hope this review with help others so they don’t buy from this store.

She went over and beyond to assist me regarding an item I needed to purchase at your store for my daughter’s birthday. She put it aside for me so I may purchase it after I got off work. Clothes not stitched properly Bought some clothes for my baby last week on wednesday by friday she wore the pajamas by the morning the pijamas were ripped from the sewing lines so I checked it it turns out those spots barely had any cloth left in the seams so the stitch could grab the other piece of clothing. A waste of $10 plus time & the drive.

My worst experience at Burlington… My worst experience at Burlington factory store in OBT Orlando, Florida. store 00322. Jul 29th. I was harassed by the manager of the store at the register. he remained behind my back while I was doing the transaction. I felt very upset. I was biased because of my dark skin color. I complained to Burlington Corporate no answer from them. I think they are ok with customer being biased by the staff because of the customer skin color. I ll never come back to do business wtih this store or Burlington Store at all.

I used to love Burlinton I used to love Burlinton, but after my visit in November 2022 to the Granada Hills store, I will not be returning. The clothing has gone downhill, and the store is a total mess with a multitude of merchandise lying in the aisles. There were only 2 cashiers in slow motion with about a dozen people in line. My wait to check out was approx 15-20 minutes and the cashier did not smile nor did she speak to me. I amsodisappointed and will not return again!
