GBFake products I didn’t know they have Such a bad rating. I bought a luggage bag from their store and it broke into pieces in my first trip, I tried to contact them to get some help but the staff was so rude and didn’t do anything about it, I hope this review with help others so they don’t buy from this store.

GBWorst store in my life I wish never to… Worst store in my life I wish never to go there again whyyyy???? because three times I returned my items before 30 days I put it my phone number and email’s too which is they told me in this case you can refund after 45 days when I went there they told me they don’t show anything in there system!!!what that means it means Burlington they don’t need anyone returne there stuff that why I say worst experience with Burlington I wish no shopping in this store 😡😡

GBHorrible horrible horrible corrupt Horrible horrible horrible. I spent over 100$ on Christmas gifts. Pack a age was sent back by carrier before ever coming to me. They would not give me back my money even with the tracking information indicating that they were given back my package proving that I paid for items I never was given. Now they have my moment and their items. Called three times for two weeks and spoke to “supervisor” all individuals claiming to have no authority to resolve the problem.

GBBurlington profits on your time. Grabbed a bunch of pants to try on but their fitting rooms are closed because they don't want to hire people to run them, so you take merchandise home and some other day you drive back and return what you don't want. How convenient. So I brought back my returns last night, but I'll have to try again on a weekday morning because the line on the only register had 12 people waiting and was not even moving.

GBI went to return something and there… I went to return something and there was no one at the return counter. Only one lane open when I arrived and no particular line formation. Another register was opened when back up was asked for but 2 customers serviced before me that came in after. There was no manager present at the front and the employees were not properly trained on how to handle the customers. Need to reevaluate who is managing the store and train the employees, also should have defined line so that unfairness dosen't happen because people are rude and really don't care for others these days.
