I preordered a plushie from them over a… I preordered a plushie from them over a year ago and they continue to push the month of release back and yet I can somehow buy the plush from other websites and have even seen it in stores, but when I tried to email them about this, they have never replied. The only way I have ever gotten a reply from them was writing a negative tweet about them and they reached out within hours, but they still weren't helpful at all. Avoid this website at all costs!

Bought the infamous Rei Ayanami Plush… Bought the infamous Rei Ayanami Plush Strap that was on the web site. After waiting for now 2 YEARS, still no update and now my order isn't even on the web site anymore. I contacted them and still no answer. I would recommend to NEVER buy from them.

Preorder a plush Never receive it ! I buy a pre-order plush Black lady sailor moon and I never receive it ! I buy it in february 2021 and we are in october 2021 never got it ! Try to send message via messenger never got a respond ! I wait for nothing ! I begin to think i will never receive it ! So i am going to pay twice the price in another site ! The worst customer service ever. I’m very disappointed. Ordered Sonic the Hedgehog plushy in February for my 6 years old son and despite information on loudpig.com that sonic plushy will be released on May this year, no shipment no money refund. The most frustrating thing they totally ignore customers inquiring about status of the order. Terrible customer service. I will contact my visa company and PayPal to try get my money back. Don’t bother to do business with them.👎

Ordered an item back in April of 2021 not received over a year later Ordered an item back in April of 2021. It's June 10th as of now. No order received, no tracking number, no follow up email, no nothing. They ignore all attempts at contact (they use a form you fill out on their website and don't give out an email, presumably to avoid a paper trail, shady behavior) and just seem like a group of scammers. Never buy from these people.
