GBBefore you order from them you need to… Before you order from them you need to be aware that in case of a return they charge a $7.95 restocking fee PER ITEM. Even if you only used one shipping label to return multiple items, your refund will still be the order total minus the $7.95 multiplied by number of items are returning. I mean, of all the stores I regularly order from, this is actually by far the worst return policy. I don't think I'll buy anything from eBags anymore.

GBNo response to warramty claim submitted twice over 4 months I have a bag that has had 1 zipper break, and 3 cinch straps break off completely. I filled in the required claim form on their website (Contact Us) assuming that their "lifetime warranty" would take care of getting these problems fixed. I waited 2 months after submitting the form. Nothing. No response at all. Not even an acknowledgement. So I resubmitted it. 2 months later (again), still no word from them. I'm going to assume that the online claim form is just a scam, and that they don't actually intend to provide any warranty service of any kind.

GBMost dishonest company I’ve ever dealt with! I have purchased multiple EBags for ourselves and friends and just had my first issue—a wheel came off on our last trip. I sent all of the info as requested and heard nothing. Finally called and after being on hold for 30 minutes was told that I can’t prove it was a manufacturers defect so my warranty is worthless— but she offered me a whopping 10% off on a new bag!!! Will never do business with them again!

GBNo communication I placed an order last week, and have yet to receive a confirmation email - but they had no trouble charging my bank. When I try to reach out, there is no live chat (despite the website saying it is available during normal business hours), and when I call customer service there is a recording that says "sorry we missed your call" and then they hang up. How do I get a hold of these people???
