Purchased a gazebo in June 2023 and the… Purchased a gazebo in June 2023 and the top was ripped and found damage to a couple of parts. Tried to return and I have been strung along for months! Returned the item but still no refund. The whole process has been appealing and on buy do little to help. It’s been going on for over 4 months. Very unhappy.

I'm surprised trustpilot has the… I'm surprised trustpilot has the audacity to allow bad reviews on other reviews platforms, why?? Because Trustpilot take down negative but genuine reviews on experiences with companies who pay them to do this whilst at the same time allowing them to buy reviews. I was told after my most recent 1 star review that unless I had documentation to prove that I was a genuine customer then trustpilot would remove it...... I asked them why I could post positive reviews without documentation to which trustpilot failed to answer. Not at all trustworthy!!
