bought a sill no tracking for delivery still waiting for car sill no update or tracking no very poor service

My package arrived today My package arrived today. It was sent tracked delivery. Communication was excellent from buy.com. Will use this site again.

Ordered a sandpit and bag of sand from… Ordered a sandpit and bag of sand from this company all I got was a bag of sand! Contacted them was told to contact seller who said I would have to return it at my expense🤬🤬10kg sand would cost more to return than original sandpit! Take no notice of 30 day guaranteed refund it’s meaningless. Would never use them again - zero stars!!

Total Con Artists Stay Well Clear Total Con artists on the front end of the transaction they say delivery in a week but after you've paid the estimated delivery times jumps 2 months and there is absolutely no option to cancel the transaction after you've paid. Avoid Avoid Avoid I have already waved my money goodbye I do not expect to ever see my order.

Misleading advertising Having seen a triple bunk bed on Buy.com (Caramel -Bexley Wooden Triple Bunk Bed) I assumed that I was going to get what was in the advertising photo and product description. Alas, not to be..it advertised storage cupboards underneath which never arrived. On enquiring why, the seller said the advert listing is wrong, there are no storage cupboards. So how do Buy.com not know this? Do they check and verify the seller products before listing them ? False advertising..hopefully others will be aware in future. PS the bed also had missing screw attachments which I had to ask the seller for. Buy.com doesn’t seem to get involved with such issues, just leads you back to the seller. Doubt I will use either of them again.
