Awful company Awful company. I ordered some toys on 11th December that never arrived. It is now 27th December and the tracking link says it’s not even out for delivery. I complained and also heard nothing back.

Waited a month for it,been told it will… Waited a month for it,been told it will arrive on december 25th,right like that will happen!Its a personilised 1st christmas mug,which will not want as wont come until after,they said cant have a refund as its personilised! Why sell 1st christmas if they know you wont get it in time,they have had a month!

Do not buy anything from this company! This company is shocking. They don't deserve any stars. I wouldn't trust buying anything..as when you do,it doesn't even work! The box came damaged like it's been sat in the warehouse for months. Sent it back over three weeks ago and still havnt received my refund. Apparently they havnt received it yet! Now ignoring my messages. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE AS YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF ITS FAULTY.

I placed an order from BUY.com but it… I placed an order from BUY.com but it was from SLOW MOOSE a seller on this site.I paid on the 30th November only to be told today I wont get it.I now have to wait on a refund to try and get my grandson another xmas present???I am so angry I will never buy from BUY.com again as it is their responsibility as to they are allowing to sell on this site!I've issued a case through paypal but now I have to wait on my refund PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
