We were being picked up in a very tough… We were being picked up in a very tough area for a bus to come into downtown, although the bus driver was late it was nothing he could handle and I appreciated the customer service rep keeping me informed with the ETA. The bus driver on the way back was early but allowed us to come out when we were ready. Very friendly bus drivers overall and would book again

I wasn't sure about booking online as I… I wasn't sure about booking online as I did not know anyone who had used them and I didn't know anything about them. I tried booking with several local bus companies who were less than helpful. So, I took a chance and went with bus.com. I was pleasantly surprised with every aspect of my booking. I even had to request a revision to the invoice as per the requirements of our Accounts Payable department and they provided exactly what I needed. I also had an issue with my credit card being billed even though I had paid by cheque, but they responded and issued a credit. The bus was on time, the operator was very nice and our delegates were happy with the service.

Highly recommend! For some reason I was a bit skeptical using a company that I had not gotten a referral from previously; needing services in northern Michigan seemed like quite a distance! But bus.com did NOT disappoint. From the beginning of booking to the end of the night at our last drop-off, everything ran extremely smooth. Their communication was great, even when we had to adjust the itinerary a time or two throughout. We even got a last minute upgraded bus that had a bathroom on board! The drivers were awesome as well. I highly recommend!

In August I was very excited to be… In August I was very excited to be going to Boots and hearts music festival for the first time. By doing the right thing and being responsible I thought bus.com would be a reputable company to get me to and from my hotel at a very high cost. The first night we took the “bus” home the bus was not able to transport because it got stuck in the mud. The second night as per the schedule of buses that I had ahead of time when we were ready to leave at the scheduled time there were no buses available. Not only will I never use this company again I most definitely do not recommend family or friends to waste their money on this as my experience was less then helpful.
