Great team tournament travel We were recently in Montreal for a hockey tournament and used bus.com for our team travel. It was a great experience! Staff retreat transportation The company representatives are very courteous and provided the guidance and help very promptly. We were happy with the services generally, bus was at departure points way before agreed time which was quite convenient for on-boarding. The first bus was a little old though spacious, and when we requested a newer bus for return trip, this was provided with no problem. Everyone was happy. I wasn't sure about booking online as I… I wasn't sure about booking online as I did not know anyone who had used them and I didn't know anything about them. I tried booking with several local bus companies who were less than helpful. So, I took a chance and went with bus.com. I was pleasantly surprised with every aspect of my booking. I even had to request a revision to the invoice as per the requirements of our Accounts Payable department and they provided exactly what I needed. I also had an issue with my credit card being billed even though I had paid by cheque, but they responded and issued a credit. The bus was on time, the operator was very nice and our delegates were happy with the service.
