Rented two sprinter vans Rented two sprinter vans. One van followed the route correctly but the bus was dirty (used mask and water bottle); the other bus got lost twice and this group was not able to fulfill their objectives. Company provided a small discount for inconvience but apologies do not compensate for the fact that we couldn't complete our own business objectives. Businesses should understand that when they don't meet the stated goals, the customer should not have to pay.

Le Diner en Blanc - Atlanta 2023 event For our event this year, we decided to use Bus.com as our Chartered Bus transportation partner. Great team tournament travel We were recently in Montreal for a hockey tournament and used bus.com for our team travel. It was a great experience!
