GBStreamly is the worst Streamly is the worst. Autographs arrive in a cheap plastic sleeve that allows the ink to rub off. No padding, no protection when shipping. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Streamly.

GBI was scammed out of $200 I was scammed out of $200. Bought two duos in Oct. They were completed a week later but still haven’t received them. Customer service says no refund because they signed it! Seriously??? They never returned it back to you!

DEI got a different signature to the one… I got a different signature to the one that was signed on livestream. It was still done by the same voice actor, so it's not all bad, but considering that the whole point of getting it signed on livestream was to also get that exact same signed print, it feels disappointing. I asked Streamily about it since this particular print also arrived 2 months later than the first print I got (both were signed in the same livestream) and they told me that sometimes there is a delay between orders even if they are signed at the same time. Clearly this was a lie and the original print was lost. I'm also baffled by Streamily insisting that taking a clip for memory's sake of the voice actor signing YOUR print that you PAID for to have signed on stream as being illegal.

UAStreamily won't ship to some countries that are available on the web site Before placing an order I specifically looked up if product can be shipped to my location and it was there. So I placed it and all was well for streamily as far as it concerned billing me. There was no communication during two months till my order was fulfilled, but when it was time to ship it instead I was contatced by support and asked to come up with a new shipment address in another country(as if it's a trivial thing) since they won't ship to the address I left during the order creation. Because of that I had to bother a colleague and waste their time asking to receive shipment in my stead and then spend extra money so they could resend it to me directly. I can only wonder what would have happend if I couldn't find another address to ship to. The order itself arrived after all, but I can't attest to it's quality/integrity because I obviously didn't see it. It's been more than a month since my exchange with support and me suggesting to remove countries they are unwilling to ship to from the list so it won't be falsly advertised, but they are still present there. Make of it what you will.

DKAwful customer support experience I got a promotional email from Streamily that used my old legal name that they'd gotten from my first ever order's shipping address, and when I asked them politely to remove it from their database they lied and said they got the data from my gmail account which is not and has never been tied to my old legal name in any way, then went silent when I presented my skepticism and asked for more information how they pull name data from gmail. They've been silent for nearly two months. It's a violation of EU data protection laws. I have had the same issue of companies sending promo emails using my old legal name ripped from shipping data, but in all three other cases they immediately said "Sure" and removed it - they were helpful and fast, unlike my experience with Streamily's customer support.
