CAStreamily has a customer service in… Streamily has a customer service in name only. They never respond to your requests. I mentioned that the talent did not receive my print to be signed live and have not heard from Streamily at all. Terrible company.

GBNeeds Improvement I recently purchased my first Streamily signings; there were a total of four. It has not been the best experience. 1) As I was choosing my prints, in December, I noticed that many of the descriptions for numerous signers referenced an event that had occurred last July. 2) During all four signings, each signer mentioned several times how they hadn't received certain prints. 3) One of the signers hadn't received my print. I followed up with Streamily and was told that I'll just have to wait until the Talent does another event with them. No assurance that they'd follow up with the signer, no offer of any sort of recourse, I just have to wait while having neither my print nor the money I paid for it. 4) One of the signers had their stream rescheduled twice due to none of their prints arriving in time. It's a cool service, but the company is clearly a mess. I won't be purchasing again.

GBOrdered in January, it’s April and still nothing To be clear, this review holds absolutely nothing against Neil Newbon, as I’m sure he’s beyond busy. It’s Streamily I have beef with. I find it a little audacious of yall as a platform to start asking for reviews when I have not received the autograph I ordered in January and it is currently April 12th. This is even after contacting customer support months after making the order. Don’t ask for reviews when you haven’t delivered the product you want reviews on. Edit: I also want to clarify I don't mind waiting a while for my order. It's not about how long it's taking!

GBMy package said it was delivered a week… My package said it was delivered a week ago, but they delivered it to the wrong post office box. I emailed streamily asking if there was anything they could do and it was pretty much just "ask your post office." I understand it is not streamily's fault the print was lost but it was an expensive item that it just gone now.
