GBStreamly is the worst Streamly is the worst. Autographs arrive in a cheap plastic sleeve that allows the ink to rub off. No padding, no protection when shipping. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Streamly.

DEI got a different signature to the one… I got a different signature to the one that was signed on livestream. It was still done by the same voice actor, so it's not all bad, but considering that the whole point of getting it signed on livestream was to also get that exact same signed print, it feels disappointing. I asked Streamily about it since this particular print also arrived 2 months later than the first print I got (both were signed in the same livestream) and they told me that sometimes there is a delay between orders even if they are signed at the same time. Clearly this was a lie and the original print was lost. I'm also baffled by Streamily insisting that taking a clip for memory's sake of the voice actor signing YOUR print that you PAID for to have signed on stream as being illegal.

DELong waiting time. I ordered a Neil Newbon Baldurs Gate Autograph. I am still waiting for the next step I ordered the Autograph on 03.0302024 and its still not Signed by Neil or was Shipped to Streamily, I cant understand How an Order that took over 200$+ , Take so long is it the Problem from Streamily or from Neil I dont know but its very Disgusting to wait so long. And didnt get any News or Information when it will be signed? It was for an Birthday Special, You guys should Describe How long it can take on youre site and Communicated more with the Artist. Then we can see where our money goes. Would not buy again if it takes so long!

CAGreat! Had a lot of problems with my country's post office services, but Streamily offered me support all the way and my (gorgeous by the way) print came in a very good package Finally have this little peace of Miss Furina herself with me, my most treasured item <3

DE6 months, no shipment, no full refund I placed an order on October 29th 2023. For months and months, the status of the order has been stuck on "Waiting To Receive Order From [Talent]". I asked multiple times about this. At first I only got standard responses of "be patient, it will be here soon, surely". Then, I contacted "Nathalia" (as all those copy-paste responses on Trustpilot point out; I assume it is their codeword for "vocally unsatisfied customer" and expected them to actually do something this time). They answered on April 11th, refunded me $20 of the $120 paid and assured me they will receive my print "in the next few days". Surely. Two weeks later, and to no one's surprise, the months-long-missing print did not suddenly appear. The order status is the same it has always been. They keep stringing me along, they have been giving me empty promises for HALF A YEAR now and simply won't admit the print is lost and refund me. I want my money back. A lost shipment would have been sad either way, but this? This customer "service" is unacceptable. Heed all the negative reviews on here and stay AWAY from Streamily, because they will NOT help you once anything goes awry with your order.
