They have helped me with both straight ticket purchases as well as vacation package purchases. They have helped me with odd requests with nothing but cheerful enthusiasm—I could not recommend them more!

Fast, seamless customer service with awesome early access benefits! While researching how to get early access to Universal without staying at the parks hotels, I came across Park Prodigy. The ease of use and fast customer service provided a seamless experience similar to buying from Universal directly, but with little cheaper price, early access and they even saw there was a deal for the same price as my tickets I bought so they added that to my benefit. Will use again for all my universal needs.

What a smooth experience! - Give them a chance What a smooth experience. Cannot say enough good things about them. Probably the only company I found apart from Universal that offers Early Park Access. One of the many reason to book through them. For some reason couple times my transaction was declined by Universal, but Michael and his team was kind enough to look into it. highly recommended.

Great experience. Highly recommended I read about The Park Prodigy while researching an upcoming trip to Universal/Harry Potter. They have a very helpful online guide to maximize your time at the parks. I saw they also sold tickets so I called on a Sunday and spoke with Michael. He was extremely helpful and I purchased our tickets with early park admission. We were able to have the tickets printed at our hotel (Hilton Doubletree) and had a wonderful time.
