Deceptive Ticket Information. No truthful. Nowhere in the description of the tickets I bought or T's and C's was I informed the seats were in the Family Section of stadium and no alcohol. It was not until I bought and looked at "details of my purchase" link provided was I informed of this situation. Tickets were to a MLB game. Plus, called customer service only to be told by an automated attendant "sorry, no one here to take your call".

Great concert and ticket experience! Great concert, tickets went down in price and got really good seats. Was the cheapest and best value anywhere on tick pick vs. any other competitors. Receiving and using the tickets were seamless. I always trust and have 100% peace of mind when buying from tick pick. Best resale website there is!!!

Great experience using the app Great experience using the app. It was user friendly and I was able to access the tickets. The only downside was that once I received my tickets I could not add them to Google Wallet. Still leaving 5 stars as I'm not sure if that was a tickpick issue or the transfer link I was provided for my tickets.
