I was a little nervous when the tickets hadn't arrived yet (the day before the game) but I emailed customer service and they replied almost immediately and the tickets arrived soon after. The ticket for parking arrived immediately. I would def use TickPick again.

I purchased 3 tickets to a Philies game… I purchased 3 tickets to a Philies game in Section 115, Row 40 for $477.00. I was sent tickets in Row 13 instead of the actual tickets I purchased in Row 40. I called TICKPICK to tell them they sent wrong tickets. They cancelled the tickets that they sent me and then did not send me the correct tickets in Row 40. TICKPICK also refused to refund my money even though they did not produce the tickets that I purchased. I then offered to switch games to get the tickets I wanted, and they said that I am not allowed to switch games either. Two weeks went by, still no tickets and yet they held my $477.00, so I filed a credit card dispute. This was a typical bait-and-switch tactic and I would NOT recommend purchasing tickets through TICKPICK. They are a very dishonest company. You are better off purchasing tickets elsewhere!
