Seamless ticket delivery pick up and through the gate. We had never used TickPick before, so we were a little anxious as to how everything would flow, but it worked out just perfect!

Simple, Straightforward, and prompt receipt of tickets I appreciated seeing the "all in" price per ticket with no hidden fees. All that was added in the end was sales tax. The tickets were transferred to my ticketmaster app promptly and without issue.

Great experience using the app Great experience using the app. It was user friendly and I was able to access the tickets. The only downside was that once I received my tickets I could not add them to Google Wallet. Still leaving 5 stars as I'm not sure if that was a tickpick issue or the transfer link I was provided for my tickets.

I use TickPick for all of my events I use TickPick for all of my events. The only thing that does not work is transferring the tickets to my Wallet on my Apple phone. It times out then I get a message saying the tickets are still under a different user. I just keep my Ticketmaster app open to get the tickets scanned. However I had no internet access at my last event so that caused a bit of a timing issue entering the venue.

Easy peasy It was easy to get the ticket. The only thing that would have been better is, Ticketmaster wasn't so hard to navigate. Your site was easy to navigate, I liked being able to see the ticket prices with all fees included. I won't use anyone else to get tickets to events future.
