I purchased 3 tickets to a Philies game… I purchased 3 tickets to a Philies game in Section 115, Row 40 for $477.00. I was sent tickets in Row 13 instead of the actual tickets I purchased in Row 40. I called TICKPICK to tell them they sent wrong tickets. They cancelled the tickets that they sent me and then did not send me the correct tickets in Row 40. TICKPICK also refused to refund my money even though they did not produce the tickets that I purchased. I then offered to switch games to get the tickets I wanted, and they said that I am not allowed to switch games either. Two weeks went by, still no tickets and yet they held my $477.00, so I filed a credit card dispute. This was a typical bait-and-switch tactic and I would NOT recommend purchasing tickets through TICKPICK. They are a very dishonest company. You are better off purchasing tickets elsewhere!

Great site and awesome customer support Buying tickets was an easy process and best prices compared to other sites. Only thing I didn’t like is having to wait until day before the event to get the tickets. But as soon as I reached out to support they assured me I would be getting them that same day and I received tickets within 30 mins. Overall great experience!

Smooth Everything was easy and seemless ordered the tickets and they was sent to me by email 10 to 15 minutes later add them to wallet on my phone and was ready to go no issues at show scan my tickets and walked in definitely will use again.
