The Chat Bot was informative and the email and text service informing me my tickets were on their way helped - text was useful to let me know to watch out for the tickets falling into the spam box, which they did not.

There was great communication from staff at eTicketing.co via what’s app keeping us up to date and reassured about when we would receive our tickets, and sure enough they arrived by email within 2-3 hours. Great ticket but customer experience can be improved The ticket I ended up getting was fantastic. Great seat in the middle of the pitch only a few metres from the touch line. The entire experience was a bit stressful as I was travelling to France and had to buy a flight and booked an hotel without having a ticket. I only received the ticket 24 hours before the game which added to the stress level. To improve customer experience it would be great if the ticket was delivered on purchase rather then a day before the game.

Disgusting company Disgusting company. We paid £523 per ticket to attend the Tyson Fury vs. Usyk fight. However, the fight was postponed, and both DAZN and Saudi released statements indicating that original ticket holders would be refunded. Unfortunately, we are unable to attend the new dates due to other commitments, but we have been informed that no refund can be issued. Moreover, we have now received the tickets, each with a price tag of £21, despite our initial payment of £523 per ticket, plus an additional £165 handling fee per ticket. Stay clear of this company; their customer service is awful.
