Buyer beware - sold a poorly made knock off Buyer beware. I was sold an Elina Pilates Chair and received a faulty knock off! Before I placed the order, I had written their customer service to confirm that the product would be under the Elina warranty. I received an email confirming that it would be. Shipping time was pretty good. Upon receiving the item, it all was downhill. The product itself was not well finished and had some gaps in the woodwork- smeared varnish. The bench and the pedals had been attached to the hardware with all the plastic wrap around it. I am not sure who built this chair, but it was not anyone working for the Elina company. I then asked for information on the warranty and received no answer. (Also, all the bubble wrap that was used to wrap the chair was dirty, there were 2 stains on the product which customer service said to just wipe off (they are permanent.)) When I asked for a return (their website states free returns with postage within 30 days.) I did not get a response. I bought from this company because they were the fastest shipping time and they had the color ivory that I wanted in stock. I saved maybe $200 dollars from competitors and would never have ordered from this company if I had known I would be getting a knock off. Seems like I am now stuck with this chair after spending almost 1300 on it. Who knows how it will stand up with use over time. I never write bad reviews but I feel it like I really should because this is deceptive poor business practices and I am planning to file a complaint if I can with the Better Business Bureau. Go elsewhere!! Also, this company is definitely not based in Los Angeles.

I learned about this trainer from my… I learned about this trainer from my neighbor who tried it out and I was very pleased with all aspects, including the spring bounce, the quality of the body, and the streamlined look. The ordering process was also easy, but while it took my neighbor only a week from ordering to receiving it, it took me two weeks. That doesn't take away from the fact that it was a great shopping experience.

I'd love it if Ciga A2 made stronger… I'd love it if Ciga A2 made stronger springs (happy to buy separately, hint), but for the price this reformer is incredible! Super easy to fold up and store, and works great.

Exceeded expectations but I can only give 4 stars. I have been receiving and using this reformer for over a month now, and at the time I received it, I was very shocked by its texture and appearance. But right after that I realized that the trainer did not come with an installation manual. To his credit though, Eric was very patient in showing me how to install it. But I can only give it 4 stars, I think I would have given it 5 stars if there was an installation manual or a detailed installation video and movement training video.

The customer service is very good. The customer service is very good. They even get back to me when I have questions (really important). This is the second time I've ordered parts (design flaws cause parts to wear out; sorry, that's just a negative). Both times the service people were outstanding representatives of the company. Professional, enthusiastic, and courteous.
