It arrived three weeks after placing… It arrived three weeks after placing the order, but upon receipt, the wooden box packaging was already crushed and broken, but the body of the machine was not broken, but the edges of one of the boxes were crushed and deformed. Customer service responded quickly and promised to send me a replacement. I think I would have given a higher rating if the wooden box packaging had not been warped and the shipping had been a little faster.

The Vinyl on 2 pieces is severely… The vinyl on 2 pieces is severely dented and therefore compromised due to the way their packers arranged the pieces in the crate. I want these pieces replaced as I do not feel I should have to duct tape a brand new $2500 reformer. Also my reformer with TOWER (very dangerous if not installed correctly) came with no instructions for assembly or use AND the company will not respond to my texts and emails. Honestly as far as they are concerned, I have had the product for a week, and I haven't assemble it. VERY unhappy with the lack of customer service but the Reformer itself is just what I was looking for in this price range. Wish I would hear from them as quickly as when I reached out to buy the machine...same old story I guess.

I asked for a new replacement, but the delivery time was a bit long. Apparently they cannot do much about it.... I find that customer service a little weak.

This is the second time I've ordered parts (design flaws cause parts to wear out; sorry, that's just a negative). Both times the service people were outstanding representatives of the company. Professional, enthusiastic, and courteous.

I spent at least three months… I spent at least three months researching and planning my purchase and finally chose this great Cadillac for the money. When I received it, the accessories and core structure were intact except for a small tear in the wood crate packaging. After assembling it, I couldn't help but marvel at the fact that I had made a very good choice.
