GBInaccurate Information About Ticket Delivery The representative on the phone was really nice. But he incorrectly told us our ticket would be deliver via email and we would use a QR code for entry. I asked three times if that was the case and he assured me it was. Then we found out from another rep that called that was not the case, and we had to go pick it up at a local shipping store. Please ensure the reps give out accurate instructions.

GBVery Pleased Buyers! We were having trouble purchasing Cubs tickets online thus made a call to TicketCity. Very glad we did. The agent we dealt with, Chris, was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. GBGot to Attend a Concert I thought I Couldn't Afford I researched tickets for a major concert that I really wanted to attend for my birthday. TicketCity had the best priced service fees that brought the tickets and fee cost in at the best when totaled together. The tickets were sent over quickly and when I had difficulty "retrieving" the tickets electronically the customer service team was even in at 6pm on a Sunday evening and solved my issue quickly and politely.

GBGood experience Good experience. No trouble getting the tickets. No trouble getting into the event. But why the conflicting messages about whether or not an e-ticket was enough or that I had to print my ticket out?

GBParking pass sold with wrong information Leo in Chicago who sold parking ticket said parking pass for yellow lot for today's Houston Rodeo event would be available for pickup by noon. John in customer service said that MIGHT be possible BUT seller has 2 hour before an event to make tickets available. I would not have purchased the parking pass if that were told to me by Leo as I plan to enter the venue much before the entertainment event at 6:45.
