GBBoy was I suckered - Scam folks Boy was I suckered. We paid $700 plus for Willie Nelson concert, ordered months ago and assured, as these reviews ALWAYS say that the tickets would be delivered 2 days BEFORE the concert. Well, nothing new to add folks. No tickets and standard operating procedure here. AVOID if you can in advance but there is no way of knowing that when ordering the damn tickets.

GBStay away: NO TICKET Stay away. Two hours before show TONIGHT. Still no ticket - promised it would be released at 5pm. Then we got notice of a refund instead. We wanted the ticket, not the refund. Never had this happen with other ticket re-sellers. Our first experience with TicketNetwork. Will never use them again. Have tickets for same show from Vivid Seats and Stub Hub. Already received those earlier. But not this one. Stay away.

GBI would leave a 0 if I could I would leave a 0 if I could. This company has done nothing but unhelpful in my attempt to fix an accidental purchase. They set up the website to look like a well known, reputable ticket selling site. Then “sell” you tickets that you do not have access to until right before an event so you cannot resell after they direct you to resell on their related site. The entire process has been a disaster.

GBSelling tickets they don’t have We bought tickets for a golf tournament a few weeks before. The electronic tickets were guaranteed to arrive by the Thursday before. On Friday (day before event) they told us they didn’t have our tickets, when there were still other identical Grounds Passes still listed on the website. Would only refund us. Absolute scam, they sold us tickets the didn’t have. Avoid this site

GBOrder #31606726 it doesn’t take 2 months to get tickets. Order #31606726 Ordered 9/11 and after reading hundreds of reviews I see this is a scam. It does not take 2 months to deliver tickets via email, and I won’t sit around waiting til the day of the event and it’s sold out, we’re turned away with fraudulent tickets, and then begin a pointless refund process. I contacted customer service via email and I’ll either get the tickets I overpaid for, an order cancellation, or I will open a fraud claim with my cardholder and continue this review with the BBB.
