Rip off! I was directed to Ticketnetwork after searching for Pixies tickets where I thought I was on the Live Nation site. My mistake. I ended up purchasing 3 general admission tickets for $69.00 apiece, which is $29.50 above face value, plus a fee increasing the total to $74.00 for each ticket. What I didn’t know until I checked my bank statement is that Ticketnetwork also charged me another $78.77 for a service fee. In the end, each advertised $69.00 ticket cost me $100.26. Outrageous! I will never use Ticketnetwork again.

I ordered and paid for grandstand… I ordered and paid for grandstand tickets for Montreal grand prix, however I received grandstand 32 instead. Without contacting me they send me the downgraded tickets, and offering a 50% discount. Hotel rooms are paid for, trip planned etc. The weekend is costing me $3000, and they offering me $60 bucks vs an experience of a life time. It is absolutely unacceptable. Update. They returned my money. However the tickets I bought are still for sale for $130 per ticket more.

Jeff Dunham ticket made good I ordered my Jeff Dunham tickets October 2019, (order # 32043931) ($195.15) due to Covid-19 the show date was changed 3 times and finally was scheduled in Nov. 2021. Before the show I requested a copy of my tickets with no luck. The show came and went, so I contacted TicketNetwork customer service and explained the situation that was not able to get the updated tickets and I was requesting a refund. There answer was "Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or refund your order because per our terms and conditions state, all sales are final." A update 2 weeks later, full refund, thank you for understanding.

First Time Using TicketNetwork Good Evening and this is our first time using Ticket Network and it was very Easy and the prices are really good … I’ve read a lot of reviews and Wow … people have wrote some great reviews and then you have all the Negative ones which Scares me because we Saved this Money to send My husband and Son who has Autism to see their first Hockey game together and I’m praying that we get our tickets for the game …. Stay away: NO TICKET Stay away. Two hours before show TONIGHT. Still no ticket - promised it would be released at 5pm. Then we got notice of a refund instead. We wanted the ticket, not the refund. Never had this happen with other ticket re-sellers. Our first experience with TicketNetwork. Will never use them again. Have tickets for same show from Vivid Seats and Stub Hub. Already received those earlier. But not this one. Stay away.
