Stay away: NO TICKET Stay away. Two hours before show TONIGHT. Still no ticket - promised it would be released at 5pm. Then we got notice of a refund instead. We wanted the ticket, not the refund. Never had this happen with other ticket re-sellers. Our first experience with TicketNetwork. Will never use them again. Have tickets for same show from Vivid Seats and Stub Hub. Already received those earlier. But not this one. Stay away.

Jeff Dunham ticket made good I ordered my Jeff Dunham tickets October 2019, (order # 32043931) ($195.15) due to Covid-19 the show date was changed 3 times and finally was scheduled in Nov. 2021. Before the show I requested a copy of my tickets with no luck. The show came and went, so I contacted TicketNetwork customer service and explained the situation that was not able to get the updated tickets and I was requesting a refund. There answer was "Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or refund your order because per our terms and conditions state, all sales are final." A update 2 weeks later, full refund, thank you for understanding.

Order #31606726 it doesn’t take 2 months to get tickets. Order #31606726 Ordered 9/11 and after reading hundreds of reviews I see this is a scam. It does not take 2 months to deliver tickets via email, and I won’t sit around waiting til the day of the event and it’s sold out, we’re turned away with fraudulent tickets, and then begin a pointless refund process. I contacted customer service via email and I’ll either get the tickets I overpaid for, an order cancellation, or I will open a fraud claim with my cardholder and continue this review with the BBB.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - STAY AWAY!!! I placed an order and next morning found out I needed to cancel the pending purchase for an event in May. Third attempt on calling and the phone line disconnected while waiting for a live person. The customer service email answer said they NEVER accept cancellation requests. Stay away from this horrible rip-off company.

Concert Tickets We paid $730 for two (2) tickets that included insurance, service fees and taxes for Adam Lambert and Queen in Phila. Pa. Our seats were obstructed view seats, and we purchased these tickets six (6) months before the show. These were the most expensive concert tickets we have ever purchased, and you had a duty and a responsibility to inform clients that the seats were obstructed view seats. We could not see most of the stage as there was a giant T-bar with lights and speakers obstructing our view. These seats should have been offered at a discount, not a premium. Also, the seats we purchased in March 2023, for a show in October 2023 were the "best available." One week before the concert many ticket sites were showing discounted pricing with far better seating. I will never purchase event tickets from TicketNetwork. Obstructed view seats and charged a premium. This was ridiculous!
