Hardy canceled and they refused to refund our money....they sent us a ticket credit which was no good because the concerts were over and my brother is now gone. They say 100% money back guarantee but now we are tied up in legal matters with the Better Business Bureau. They also don't use domestic phone support either and their support are as good as theives. If you'll notice in the reply THESE CROOKS told me to resell the tickets, the artist canceled, I just want my money back, I've already talked with them and they refuse to help so don't let them make you think they care because they don't, I literally just called them and got the same story again. Dummys. They sent my money to a credit with their website to buy more tickets and then it says they got used for a concert that I wasn't even in town for, I just want my money back, when a man spends his hard earned money on something like this and the artist cancels then the man should get his money back, I got completely scammed here and your phone rep told me tough luck.....I may not be a huge corporation but I served this country and people who do have value in this society will know not to ever do business with this company, if they make it right I'll let everyone know.

Jeff Dunham ticket made good I ordered my Jeff Dunham tickets October 2019, (order # 32043931) ($195.15) due to Covid-19 the show date was changed 3 times and finally was scheduled in Nov. 2021. Before the show I requested a copy of my tickets with no luck. The show came and went, so I contacted TicketNetwork customer service and explained the situation that was not able to get the updated tickets and I was requesting a refund. There answer was "Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or refund your order because per our terms and conditions state, all sales are final." A update 2 weeks later, full refund, thank you for understanding.

I would leave a 0 if I could I would leave a 0 if I could. This company has done nothing but unhelpful in my attempt to fix an accidental purchase. They set up the website to look like a well known, reputable ticket selling site. Then “sell” you tickets that you do not have access to until right before an event so you cannot resell after they direct you to resell on their related site. The entire process has been a disaster.

Rip off! I was directed to Ticketnetwork after searching for Pixies tickets where I thought I was on the Live Nation site. My mistake. I ended up purchasing 3 general admission tickets for $69.00 apiece, which is $29.50 above face value, plus a fee increasing the total to $74.00 for each ticket. What I didn’t know until I checked my bank statement is that Ticketnetwork also charged me another $78.77 for a service fee. In the end, each advertised $69.00 ticket cost me $100.26. Outrageous! I will never use Ticketnetwork again.

This outfit is the worst This outfit is the worst! Deceptive, bait-and-switch deal on spring training tix that added $40 service fee. Inadvertently hit the wrong button and tried to cancel the order. Email got a generic response, and no one returns phone messages. The confirmation email had an option to return the tickets to whoever sold them through the network, but the link took me to the team's website.
