GBTotally fraudulent ! Ordered tickets to the Improv in Brookfield, WI. They overcharged me with bogus fees an extra $100! The charge went on my credit card immediately, but no email or text or confirmation of my tickets. Called my credit card company to report this scam. They immediately credited back the amount to my credit card and are pursuing an investigation. ALWAYS REMEMBER ANY PURCHASES YOU MAKE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD ARE PROTECTED 😊

GBProtecting scammers I purchased tickets for an event that turned out to be fraudulent, because the name of the event and poster were stolen from an unaffiliated company. Ticketweb's "no refund" policy also protects scammers.

GBEverything went fine! I don't usually leave reviews for these things, but the negative reviews I read on here lowkey stressed me out for two months until I was finally scanned into my concert yesterday. Purchased tickets on Ticketweb for a kpop concert and received the PDFs within an hour of purchase. Even after that, I was wondering if the tickets were legit because of what I've read. My friends and I attended the concert without any issues yesterday. Only took off a star because the fees are pretty high.

GBTicketweb website lists a phone number… Ticketweb website lists a phone number on their website however nobody answers Other than a message saying to email for a response to your inquiry. I waited 5 days after my email and unfortunately was not reimbursed for my loss even after ticketweb website says you can contact for a response. Ticketweb should be avoided if possible.

GBTotal SCAM Went to an event to find my will call tix was non-existent. Yup - total scam. How do these things continue to happen? I'm so hating the way our world has forced us to use this way of getting things done then it turns on us. This is a perfect example. The place acted like it was no big deal too - happens alot because of people that use their talents to do such things - such a shame.
