GBTvg maybe want to educate and ask their… Tvg maybe want to educate and ask their presenters to do their homework before they start pulling British jockey styles to bits, the race in question was the 5.05pm at Wolverhampton today, it was in fact an amateurs race, these people aren't professionals they do it for fun, some maybe not as stylish as mmmmm those north American jockeys, but I'd say they were far more stylish than the arm chair presenter, how bloody rude! The lack of knowledge as a presenter is baffling!

GBThey are always right, don't even question it! I noticed most negative reviews blame Fanduel for ruining tvg. This may or may not be the case. Regardless, there is obviously a major problem with customer service. I love tvg and I never had any issues other than simple things like log in issues or location problems so these were fixed super easy. I saw their true colors when I had a question about my balance that I couldn't seem to get resolved. My chats with them would end abruptly with the agent getting annoyed when I expected more from them then a brush off. They would say case closed and close chat box. I received my answer by email, but it didn't even answer my question. I asked for more detail to help me understand. So they insulted my intelligence some more by sending me the exact answer again, word for word. I think the worst part of it is they are always eager to have feedback. We have all heard it, "Fanduel needs your feedback." Or " Are you enjoying tvg?" Well I finally agreed to give my opinion and when I tried to, about two sentences in, a message pops up and says my feedback is too long. Well, don't ask if you don't want to know. I should mention they have two great agents, the others should learn from. I give Dominique and Cassie an A plus, but you can not choose which one to speak with. So good luck!

GBTheir website is often slow to respond Their website is often slow to respond, specifically frequent lags. I've reported it via their messaging and feel that the complaint was brushed off. A note to TVG - please don't respond by telling me to report the issue - again. I did and that is just a feeble attempt to provide the illusion that the problem is on my end. You know you have a bandwidth/web server resource issue. Not an attempt to brag, but instead, a measure to avoid deflection..... I possess a M.S. in Computer Science from Columbia University in NYC. Also, possess a plethora of relevant Information Technology certifications. To that point, I'm certain the lag issue is not with my home setup. Have 1GB fiber right into my home, am on a hard-wired Windows 10 desktop with an i7 processor and 128GB RAM. Same lag with Edge Chromium, Google Chrome and Firefox. Update - need proof on website issues? Today is Derby day and the website is totally inoperative. How pathetic not to prepare infrastructure for such a big day.

GBDont bet with TVG TVG refused to pay my winning bet claiming that after they accepted and confirmed my bet there was a problem with the host and the just refunded my bet one hour after the race was run and declared official. Do not bet with TVG or do so at your own peril

GBDerby Day Debacle It was devastating during the derby that I could not place bets on certain races because the app kept failing. The biggest horse racing day of the year and I cannot place a bet. Plus, I did not feel that the "apology" was enough. If you spent X amount that day and clearly have demonstrated you were continuing to bet, there should have been a $ amount in your account that cannot be withdrawn, it must be bet on horses. Instead it was the money back special which was the same on derby day but not all races were able to bet on because of the failure.
