GBNot worth the headache, even if they "accept" crypto. I've made 2 transactions with Star Hangar and they've both come with headaches. The first took way longer than the 24-hour guarantee because the seller didn't get the sale email; said it went to spam. To be fair, this isn't star-hangars fault. I had to get Star Hangar support involved and it still took a couple days to get the ships I bought, but said ships were delivered and the seller was apologetic. The second (and what will become the final) time I used Star Hangar was when I recently bought another ship, paid with crypto (BTC), and the transaction was immediately cancelled; said the seller couldn't deliver the ship. I asked for a refund rather than store credit. It took 2 weeks of going back and forth with the support staff to get MOST of the refund returned to me. First they said the refund was done, then they said there was a problem with the refund, then they said it SHOULD have been done, then they found the rejected transaction and submitted a new transaction... It was a major headache. And I'm not sure if the shortage in the refund is fee or whatever, but I'm tired of emailing/fighting with them. TL;DR... Support staff does the best they can. Accounting team is worthless. Stock isn't monitored Sellers don't really pay attention. Moral... Hop on Reddit, verify your info their way, and... AVOID STAR-HANAR.COM

GBIssue with order placement I had an issue with my order and somehow my card was getting charged for multiple orders simultaneously. By the time I emailed customer service a help ticket, they responded back that they were already working on it and explained the issue in depth. By the time i finished reading that one, i got another saying the issue should be resolved and i checked the bank and it was! Couldn't be happier!

DEFast delivery - no problems Not the first time I've ordered here. I've ordered here over 10 times already, and so far never had any problems. Delivery from the various sellers always within 10 minutes to 2 hours. Rarely does anyone really need the full 24 hours.

GBThe best customer service I've seen Not only did they provide the ship, they also helped me work through a bug for TWO DAYS of constant communication, even when RSI couldn't help me, they were able to find a solution to the problem. If I could give 10 stars, their support team deserves every one of them.

GBSend item to the wrong account. Paid for an item with PayPal to protect myself. My email for the user profile on the website is the same as my SC account. I send the admin a message on discord that my email for PayPal and SC account are different and what account was the correct email to send the item to. They sent the item to the wrong item anyway. Admin staff didn't speak English and clearly didn't care once they had my money. Don't use this website.
