Fast delivery - no problems Not the first time I've ordered here. I've ordered here over 10 times already, and so far never had any problems. Delivery from the various sellers always within 10 minutes to 2 hours. Rarely does anyone really need the full 24 hours.

Customer support is top notch and is easy to get ahold of and responds fast! Cannot recommend this company and staff enough! Will be making all my Star Citizen purchases from them from now on! Send item to the wrong account. Paid for an item with PayPal to protect myself. My email for the user profile on the website is the same as my SC account. I send the admin a message on discord that my email for PayPal and SC account are different and what account was the correct email to send the item to. They sent the item to the wrong item anyway. Admin staff didn't speak English and clearly didn't care once they had my money. Don't use this website.

Also had a few questions during the process which again, were followed up up with directly on their Discord, resulting in a positive experience. 5 out of 5 will impulse buy through them again!

Great customer service, reliable purchases Have made a few purchases off their website, and have nothing but good things to say about it. Delivery times are very good, and the prices are lower than competing sites. They also have real time customer service chat if there's a problem with your order via Discord.
