From Start-to-Finish I worked with Ashley Lamont in Customer Service to order a series of parts for our older Playtimes Gym Set. She was truly excellent to work with. She identified the parts we needed, offered other parts, researched the paint used on the set and recently informed us of delivery (with tracking number). She was very helpful from start to finish.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service, sales people were very knowledgeable. Installation went smoothly and the installer did it in the cold winter months with some light snow on the ground. I thought he would have to reschedule I couldn’t believe it. He did the install quickly and carefully and was very courteous and left the yard spotless. My kids love this trampoline and I feel it is worth the cost to keep them safe and spending time outdoors. I highly recommend this product and purchasing it at Creative Playthings.
