(I sent a message and received a reply 90 mins later, not sure exactly where their support is based but this was at 1am lol.) I have since re-ordered the Hyperion on 4th January. Timescale given was 12 to 20 days. Due for delivery today (day 13). They use Yodel from customs to your house. Also, I sent another message on 6th Jan, and received a reply within 24 hours, so completely different experience to above review. I signed up as a member and used the "message" tab on their website in the accounts sections, rather than sending an email. (I think Chinese New Year holidays have started which may be having some impact, but they should have made arrangements to still reply in a timely manner in my opinion.) You can check order status in the "orders" tab too. Also, company is moving to a different website (nyxigame,com), but it is exactly the same company as current nyxigaming.com site.

Stay away! Their products are trashy quality, which is fine, but charging premium prices, which again not a big deal, but when really makes this a terrible company is that they suppress any negative reviews to their products on their website so as a customer you can’t even make an informed decision. Very shady and unethical as a business, they are directly lying to their customers! Not a single review on any product on the whole site that’s less than 4 stars, come on…. Really??

Not as good as YouTubers says. I have the Hyperion ones and has a lot of issues. They’re far of being a good controller joycon substitute. Pros. They’re comfortable Cons. Reset every time you put to sleep the console, reset the color and the rumble. Has drift 1 month of using them. Has microdisconections which makes the character move in one direction as when you get your controller without battery… They don’t respond to your request on the support. They’re super expensive for a Chinese bad construction controller. I have cheaper ones that works better. Doesn’t have firmware update and I think they’re not going to update them anymore.

The most precise, comfortable and beautiful controls I think the Nyxi controls are of high quality, precise and very comfortable as well as ergonomic, which is why I chose them as an excellent option to play longer with greater comfort, another factor is their designs, I think they are modern and beautiful. The attention and follow-up was excellent. I think they should continue like this because in this way they will always remain at the top in terms of quality and customer service.

Wizard controllers should include… Wizard controllers should include original style sticks (Gamecube). Every other model could have the joypad frame for wireless play shaped like the whole controller just like wizard. I need specific replacement parts for Athena transparent model, the black plastic piece that has LB, RB and sync buttons, with the LED indicators. Can’t find it anywhere else.
